Ann was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Ann and her husband, Gerald moved several times within the state of Texas and raised five children. They remained in Lufkin, Texas for 23 years. Ann entered a career as a bookkeeper after the chilldren were grown. Later she tried her hand as a receptionist and dabbled in sales marketing as well as many roles in volunteer service with church and school.
Always having entertained the thought of a real estate career especially after all the moves the family had made, the concept of helping others through realty ventures was intriguing to Ann. As her children moved on with their lives, marriages and blessings of nine grandchildren all away from the area, Hot Springs Village was discovered and has proven to be quite the DREAM.
Retirement is not on the agenda any time soon for Ann, if ever, as she enjoys the challenge of helping buyers find the home of their dreams and sellers to locate the right buyers. She does this successfully in a knowledgeable, professional and honest manner with NO pressure or obligation. All work and not play is not for Ann as she enjoys traveling, playing cards, exercise, playing at golf (kind of a duffer, but loving it!). Her newest find is playing the Mountain Dulcimer.
Ann is a member of the Ladies Guild and a Choir member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, member of Lady Duffers Golf League and has served on the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors and various activiites throughout the Village, such as Habitat For Humanity.
