Gay and her husband, Ron were introduced to Hot Springs Village by friends from Illinois who had purchased a home here. They instantly fell in love with it. They had done a lot of traveling, looking for the right spot to retire to. When they saw the Village, they knew it was the right place.
They visited in March, bought their home in July and moved in November. That was over 11 years ago. They have two sons. One resides in their home town of Alton, IL, and the other son lives in Nashville, TN.
Gay enjoys working with the public and looks forward to working with those who wish to sell their home, and with those new to the area. "When we moved to the VIllage, I had no idea that I would become a real estate agent." says Gay, "but decided that sharing my enthusiam for the Village with others was what I wanted to do." Gay served on the "Parade of Homes" magazine committee since its inception and served two years as treasurer for the Hot Springs Village Board of Realtors.
Gay's main hobby is singing with the Top of the Rock Chorus in Little Rock. The a cappella group is a member of Sweet Adeline's International, known better as four-part harmony, barbershop style.
Gay says, "let me put a song in your heart by finding you the home of your dreams."
