I retired from the United States Air Force in 1989 and moved to Hot Springs Village in 2002.

I joined the CENTURY 21 H.S.V. Realty team in February 2004. My goal in real estate is: To help people get what they want and need in real estate.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from Lamar High School in 1968. My wife, Kate, and I have been married over 37 years and we have a daughter living in Colorado and two grandchildren and a great grand daughter in Oklahoma. I entered the United States Air Force in December 1968 and served in Libya, England, Spain, Belgium, New Mexico, Florida, Illinois, Texas and Oklahoma.

I believe the Air Force enriched my life through various cultural contacts. I worked directly with Iranian, Nigerian, Chinese and Saudi Arabian students in various training environments. I also served at the NATO Headquarters in Mons, Belgium. My military education was strengthened and backed up with a B.S. in Business and Management from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in Consumer Services from Oklahoma State University.

We purchased our first property in Hot Springs Village in 1990 and moved to paradise in 2002. I am a member of the H.S.V. Evening Lions, American Legion, Military Officers Association of America and a Life Member of the Air Force Association.
