What are some of the factors that may affect value of a home you are considering for purchase?  Shouldn't you consider resale value when you are purchasing a home?  For example, if the home you are buying is the biggest and most expensive in the neighborhood, will the resale value be higher or lower than a home which is in the median price range for that neighborhood.
