Meet Kevin Bourland, Century 21 H.S.V. Realty’s "golfing-realtor". He’s the realtor whose approach is centered around you. He grew up in Hot Springs Village and is known by many golfers and villagers alike as the young man who can drive it far and hit it close.
Drawing inspiration from his understanding of personalized attention, Kevin likens every real estate journey to a unique golf swing. Just as each swing is distinctive, he recognizes that every client’s path in real estate is individual.
With a background that spanned the globe starting in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. In 2013 Kevin moved to Southern California where he earned a degree in professional golf management and became a member of the Southern California PGA Apprentice Program. In doing this it ultimately led him to teaching and playing professional golf in China from 2013 to 2015.
This keen insight empowers Kevin to craft his services precisely to the distinct needs and preferences of each person he collaborates with. With these experiences Kevin has cultivated a deep appreciation for diverse communities and an unparalleled ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
When Kevin is not assisting his clients or lining up birdie putts you can find him in the great outdoors. He likes to spend time on Lake Ouachita wakeboarding, wakesurfing, relaxing in the great Arkansas sunshine, hiking on many of the local Hot Springs Village trails and hiking the vast trails of the Ouachita State Park.
