New Year's Eve in HSV

Looking for a fun way to ring in the new year in Hot Springs Village? No one wants to spend the holiday on their own, so in this post we'll describe two great options for where to eat, drink, and be merry during the closing hours of 2015!

Our first option takes us to the Balboa Club (111 Balboa Way) for the Balboa Club New Year's Eve Bash! The party starts at 7 p.m. (on Dec. 31, but you already knew that, right?) and rolls straight through to 2016! Each guest will have their choice of either Domino's pizza or Portillo's Italian beef. Both meals include a salad and, of course, champagne for when the clock strikes midnight! Music for the event will be provided by Marcus Sugg. Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased here.

If you're looking for a slightly more exorbitant party, then be sure to check out the Merry Mixers New Year's Eve Dance! This event begins at 8 p.m. (you know the date) at the Coronado Community Center (150 Ponderosa Lane). The Merry Mixers will be dancing in the new year with the help of live music from Larry House. The musical act will run from 8:30 p.m. to midnight, with some hearty hors d'oeuvres served at 9:30 p.m. Importantly, there will also be a cash bar at the event! Tickets to the dance will cost you $40 per person and include champagne and favors to go with the things mentioned above. Reserved seating for both individuals and groups is available, so be sure to stop by the Coronado Community Center office today to grab your ticket now!

Regardless of how you choose to spend it, we hope that everyone has a wonderful New Year's celebration this year! Stay safe out there!
